The institutional official field should be left blank and the SU-42 is not to be sent to OSR at the time of submission. When an award is to be setup, it will be done by the OSR H&S team, when the Notice of Award (NOA) packet is prepared by, and received from, the PFIIS Administrator. Only the PFIIS Administrator is authorized to send the PFIIS SU-42's with the NOA to OSR.

The PFIIS University Research awards are exempt from the PI minimum 1% effort commitment rule.
