Gain comprehensive knowledge on your destination(s) through the U.S. Department of State’s Country Specific Information Page, International SOS Risk Assessments, and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's advice for travelers. Talk to others who have traveled there before. Think about likely scenarios that could affect your health and safety, and how you would respond if they were to happen. The Information Security Office in conjunction with Global Business Services and the Office of International Affairs has also established a list of high risk countries for which particular digital security measures are recommended.
